“THE GINZA”, which opened in 1975 in the heart of the Ginza shopping district, simultaneously pioneered the concept of “multi-brand select shops” as well as corporate sponsorship of the Arts.
Since opening in 1975 through closing in 2000, “THE GINZA ART SPACE” hosted an array of exhibitions, ranging across various genres such as contemporary art, sub-culture, design and fashion. The book chronicles more than 200 exhibitions held at THE GINZA ART SPACE over 25 years.
